Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 2 – 3 business days.
Depending on the courier deliveries may occur on weekends but will not occur on bank holidays. If during busy periods your order processing will be delayed beyond the standard processing time you will be advised of this by email and a new estimate provided.

Postage will be calculated based on the weight of your order and displayed for your order at checkout. The most cost effective option for your order will be selected.

Pets United UK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Pets United UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
Pets United UK do not currently sell outside of the UK.
