Sisal Cat Scratch Mat
Your pet cat still shares behaviours and instincts of their wild cousins, including the urge to hunt. As such cats will seek to keep their claws in peak condition by scratching to keep them sharp. This however is not ideal if they are using your furniture, curtains or carpet as their choice of scratching area.
Classic’s sisal scratching mat is perfect to protect furniture and carpet around your house. The mat has sisal on the front on a non slip rubbery/foam base. The scratch mat is long lasting, durable and versatile. It can be used laying on the floor, hung up using the metal ring at the end or wrapped around a table leg or corner of the sofa (although string etc. is needed for fastening).
The cat scratch mat measures approximately 58cm x 22cm and has white paw prints all around the black border for aesthetic effect.
Tip: To entice your cat use the scratching mat more why not try using a bit of catnip spray on it.
